prefilled fields without separate URL

HI, i am sending out a form where a sales agent can fill out info abt their customer. The agent will need to fill out a new form for each one. How can i create an option where he can press next and get the form again with his info filled in already?

Or something like the infinite list widget - but when i export to excel sheet i want it as separate entries...

You might consider combining a form Auto Fill option with an auto redirect to the same form. Upon the form submission, it will redirect user back to the form with filled details (all fields).

Alternatively, we can only pre-populate the Agent fields. To do this we will need to add a specific prepopulation URL with field {tags} as the Thank You Redirect URL.
