My customers cannot scroll down to the end of my reservation form, so it can't be submitted on Ipad.

I checked and test the form on the website using Ipad browser emulator, and I was able to see the issue as well.
but testing again using only the form URL http://www.jotform.com/form/13011024200 did not present the same issue.
Can you please try first re-embedding the form to your website using instead its iframe embed code. Follow this user guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Make sure to clear/remove first the prevous script embed on the website before adding back the form using its iframe embed.
Let us know if issue persist even after doing this.

Where did u find the Print Form Button you have on your form beside the submit button?

The print form is located at the bottom of the form beside the submit and clear form button.
This button appears when the print form option is enabled in the submit button field.
When we access the form using the direct link (http://www.jotform.com/form/13011024200) in iPad emulator, the form is displayed properly.
As suggested by my colleague, to fix the issue you encounter in your site, please try to re-embed the form to your website using iFrame embed code. You can check this guide to get the iFrame code of your form: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
Do let us know if the issue still persists.

Unfortunately the iframe code did not fix the problem, any other suggestion please?

I've checked your webpage on iPad Air and iPad Air 2 emulators and it seems to be displayed properly.
Could you let us know which version of iPad you are using? Also, please try embedding the iframe code by removing the script section from the code to see if that works.
