    URGENT - My Form won't Save

    Hi,

     

    I am pannicking.

    I have re done my form twice and it is not saving.

    Please help me. The link i am currently on is https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60266526387866#design

    The save button just keeps processing and whne I go into my forms, none of my work has been updated.

    I cloned your form and was able to make changes successfully. Here's my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60311351200938.

    Here's a screencast of me doing the change:

     

    If the save button just loads, then it is possible that your session might have timed out. I believe the auto save should also function, as long as you have not disabled it.

    I checked your form in live preview. This is the link: https://form.jotform.co/form/60266526387866. You can check if the changes you have made reflects in the live form.

    You can also try using a different browser and see if the problem persists. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    My screen looks like this:

     

    I have not closed the screen for fear of losing my hours of work. Is there some way I can copy the coding of the page and send it to you to reserect?

    Unfortunately, the screenshots or images won't go through our forum if you are attaching it using your email client/software. You need to view this thread using this https://www.jotform.com/answers/761226 and using the image button to upload your screenshots:

     

    If you have not disable the autosave on the form builder, then the changes you have made should still be there. I would strongly suggest checking your form in the live preview. 

    Here's your form: https://form.jotform.co/60266526387866. Are the changes or edits you made are there? If they are, then the changes are safely saved in our servers so it is okay to reload your page. You can also check your revision history to see the changes you made on your form and you can revert to it. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
