I need to have a total of 2 email addresses on this account. Basically, I would like the results of our forms to go to myself and my boss. I have added my email address to the account, but am still not receiving submissions and results.

The process of changing a single recipient email address on your form notifications is just the same on that user guide. If you need further help, please do not hesitate to ask.
