help adding recipient email address to my form

    I'm trying to add a person to be notified once a submission is done; however when I follow the steps on your FAQ's and I add the person and try to send a test page its says it's sending the notification to the defaulted address on file.  Which is not the person that I just added.  Please help.

    The test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your account.  If you would like to test other addresses, you would need to send a submission through the form itself.  In order to change your recipient email addresses please refer to our user guide on How to send notifications to multiple email addresses

     The process of changing a single recipient email address on your form notifications is just the same on that user guide.
