I have a client that has inscriptions on-line but it is only in February, June and December. The rest of the time use the form. I would hire the bronze plan for my client.
As would be the payment? I can pay only for two or three months?

You can upgrade and downgrade your account anytime, as described in our FAQ:
2. JotForm does not lock you in like similar services. You can upgrade to Bronze plan for a month or two when you need to receive a lot of submissions, then downgrade back when you don't need it any more. When you downgrade you do not lose your forms or existing data on your account.
In your example, you can upgrade to Bronze Monthly plan in February, and as soon as your payment is made and your account is upgraded, you can switch your subscription back to free plan. As the payment would already be made for the entire month (February), even as you cancel your subscription you would remain on the Bronze plan until the paid period expires in March.

And best of all, you can repeat this process of upgrading and downgrading your account for as many times as you need - to only use a paid plan for the months that you actually need it for.
