I can see that you have upgraded to the Bronze plan. You received the Upload Size Max error while on the free account because the upload space has exceeded the 100MB limit. But now that you are on Bronze, you have an upload limit of 10GB. Feel free to contact us again if you have any other concerns.

The maximum size that your users can upload to your form is 1GB (1048576 value in KB). You can change the upload size limit on your form by following this guide: Changing the upload size limit.
Bronze accounts have an upload space of 10GB. This means you can store a total of 10GB worth of images or files in your jotform account when you upgrade to Bronze.
