Can I use Paypal Here in the UK?

    Is it possible to use PayPal Here in the UK?  Is this the same as PayPal Express?

    If I can use it, can you please tell me how?

    You should be able to use PayPal forms in the UK the same as you would in the US.  As far as I know, there are no restrictions:
