Hello, I was disorganised and did not shift all my templates from Adobe form Central and found Jot form as my solution to replicate the Adobe Service.  I have experimented with several templates that I need to generate reports from.  I gather the data, enter it and need to print out a professional looking report based on my assessment findings.  NOT having any success with the PDF function and can't get any response.  What sort of professional would know about this stuff - a graphic artist?  I have no idea how to make it print the form and the filled form that I see on my screen.  Just heaps of horrible pages.

    Any help?

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Since Adobe Form Central has retired, the forms links will not now. However, if you have the PDF version of your forms, you may still import them to JotForm from the following link.

We cannot assure that you can have the same format that you have on the PDF, but I believe you'll get all the fields created on your form. So that you may choose a theme to match your requirement from our Theme-store. If you want to import the existing data in Excel format, you may import the data to your JotForm by using the Import Data app.

Once you have the data entered/imported to your JotForm, you may create a visual report by following the guide below:
