This is the third request for help about this topic that I've submitted since Monday, February 29, 2016 when I discovered that our JotForm account has not been transmitting submissions to the recipient list. Could a JotForm representative please contact me: brindha@Mit.edu; 617-253-0527 about this ASAP?

I see that you appear to be having some problems with still not receiving your submission emails.
Please note that we do not provide phone support but we do respond here in our forum just as quickly in a timely manner. We also ask that you please refrain from opening several threads about the same issue since this only leads to confusion in the future and thank you for your cooperation.
According to your thread history in our forum I see you've asked this question twice before and our support team did respond though I see your account email is different from your above email so our responses would have only gone to your account email address to inform you about replies.
