One of my clients has submitted my form twice. Both times, the form goes through successfully, but also both times the payments have not shown up in Stripe. How is he submitting the form, but the payment not actually processing and showing up in Stripe?
My form is called "Local SEO Submission" and you can see it in my account.Another quick question along with this - is there a way I set the notification, and the CSV download, to include the amount that was processed through the form?

** attached is a screenshot of the notification I received from the client - again, they successfully submitted the form (which means they filled out the credit card info), but the payment is not processing and showing up in Stripe.

The submission email screenshot you have shared does not have any product selected and that is the reason why the amount is "0.00". That is the reason why the payment was not processed.
I did check the form you have embedded in your webpage and I suggest the following changes:
#1. None of your form fields / questions are required field. I would suggest you to make desired form fields as required. Please check the screenshot below how to make fields required:
#2. Re-embed your form using its iFrame embed code which will rule out any code conflict between your form scripts and other scripts available in your webpage. The following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
