Submit Form Results along with PayPal Submission?

Asked by freerangefoodcoop on March 27, 2016 at 10:03 AM

    Good morning,

I just created my form using payment through PayPal.  It looks like the form is working properly, but I am not getting the form results sent to my email anymore since changing the Submit button to just submit the form, versus submitting to pay through PayPal.  Does that make sense?

I have not tried going all the way through yet and paying with PayPal.  I am hoping once the form user finishes their payment transaction, that the form results will be emailed along with the payment transaction?

    My form address: https://form.jotform.com/60863735581160

    Thank you,

You'll only get the default form emails once the transaction is completed. If no payment has been made, the submission will be added to your incomplete payment list.

If you want to get an email for incomplete payment submissions, you can set it up by following our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail
