Infusionsoft App Integration

    When I try to  Authenticate our infusionsoft account - we get a popup page asking "Allow JotForm Integration access?"


    I click "Allow", and then it goes to blank page and nothing happenes, I am added the correct login info and I am logged into Infusionsoft.

    Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform. Here are a couple of guides that can help:

    How to Clear Your Form Cache?

    Make sure to login again and check if the integration is still blank. If it still gives you a blank page, press F12 to open the Developers tab. Click "Console" to view the possible errors, take a screenshot and please post it here in the thread.
