Cant receive submission, reports of problem with the link.

    I have not been receiving any submissions of my forms ,members are complaining that there is something wrong with the form,it does not go throu. Please asssist as I dont have a clue why this is happening.

    Please take note that unique submission is enabled on your form http://www.myjotform.com/form/60514251012539. It can only be submitted by the same user 

    once only.

    I did test submitted the form, and it work as intended on the 1st time.

    of course the 2nd time was not allowed anymore.

    I also checked the sent email history logs and it shows submission emails were sent successfully
