    Hi,

We have a trade show coming up.  Is there a way that I can use your software to create a stand alone (no internet connection) app that would simply collect a name and email address for a contest, put our business logo on the page.  Basically it would record the information so that we could download it to a spreadsheet when back online.

If not, then do you know of any software that could do this for a reasonable cost?

    Hi James,

Basically, internet connection is always required. You can have offline form that your user can use, print the form with the data... but it will still require internet(be online) later if the form data needs to be submitted since the data will be stored in the JotForm server.

You can check the user guide on how to create offline PDF Form.

Another option that I think will work is using MS Excel application.

Simply collect all the offline data and put them in a single Excel sheet.

There is a way to transfer the data from the Excel sheet to the Form submission data.

    Use the Import Data App

Once imported to your target form, you will now have online form data available.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need more assistance.
