    Hello hrauf1,

    I have checked your account and it appears to be automatically suspended.  But since I did not find anything malicious in your account, I have reactivated it again.

    However, the problem persists when viewing the form on your page. May I recommend to change the code in your form and use the iframe embed code by following the instructions on this user guide.
