How to have an inventory of available items on the form

    Hello,

Is there an integration that would be able to keep a tally, notify, or even cut off a form when a certain number is reached?

I run tours, and want to set limits for reservations by date and tour time.

Just seeing if something is possible.

    Thanks,
    Daniel

Yes, you can use our Inventory widget to keep track of how many items are left remaining:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/app/inventory

When you set up the Inventory widget on your form, you can enter how many total items there are available, and as different users select items on the inventory widget in their submissions, the total number of remaining items will reduce automatically.

Please take a look at the following guide on how to add widgets to your form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

You may also want to take a look at our Gift Registry widget, or Appointment Slots widget.

Please let us know if you need any further clarifications or assistance in setting it up, Daniel, and we'll be happy to help.
