I have created a form, but do not receive email notifications on real applications, only my test ones
I checked your form and I can see that the email notification is configured properly. The email (noreply@debe***mhigh.co.uk) is not in the bounce as well. I did a test submission and based on the mail logs, it was sent properly.
Please do check your spam or junk folders. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
Also, please don't use the "Test Email" button in testing the notification. The reason is that the notification will be sent to account's email address and not to the assigned recipient. It is better to open the form, fill it up and then submit it.
