How do I add a new form with a TEMPLATE to my Google Drive

I add JotForm as an app through Google to use with my Google Drive.  If I create a new form from scratch (e.g. a blank form) from Google Drive (New\More\Jotform Google Drive Integration) and add my own fields and elements to the form, the form shows up properly in my Google Drive.  

But when we try to build a new form by using one of your templates, the new form never shows up in my Google Drive folder.  We are new to JotForms and it looks great, but I have to have it in my Google Drive or it will not work for us

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve?

Our Google Drive integration will collect submissions and create folders where they will be stored like described on this link.

My apologies if I misunderstood you.
