Did you send a screenshot to the forum? Unfortunately we are not able to see the screenshot you have sent. Can you please try sending it again? To send a screenshot to the forum, please follow this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?
As for your concern, I sent a test submission and I was directed to the paypal page to complete the payment. Are you still encountering the issue?
I did notice that you have several incomplete payments in your form. Incomplete payments occur when a user suddenly closes the browser before settling the payment. You can learn more about incomplete payments by following this guide: How to View Incomplete Payments.

I've tested your form and I also got a problem while trying to submit the form. Your gateways are working fine however there is a slight increase in load of our servers now so I suggest that you try everything again in half an hour.
The problem should go away on its own.
