save and resume - lost data

    Dear JotForm team, 

    We were notified from users that there have been issues with the save&resume function of our questionnaire (https://form.jotformeu.com/51101821313336) yesterday. 

    It would be wonderful, if you could look into the form and assess, whether there are any settings that need to be updated. 

    We had alerted our users that they would need to scroll down to the end of the page and press the 'next' button in order to trigger the saving mechanism. However, this did not work for one of our user yesterday and information has been lost as a consequence. 

     

    I am looking forward to receiving your comments and am of course available to provide you further information if required.

    When using the save and continue feature, the data is stored in the users browser.  If the browsers cache is cleared or a new form is started, the data will be removed.  If you need a feature that will allow users to save their form data and return to update it later, adding an edit submission link in the form autoresponder to allow for just that:
