If I understood you correctly, you want to receive email alert every time your form is submitted. To achieve that you need to set email Notification inside of you form. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

I have checked your account RDAJotform and you have no forms on that account.
However when I logged in to your account I saw that there are some forms that are shared with you.
Please provide us ID of the form that is not sending email Notification, when your users submit your form.
