    I am trying to set up payment integration with Authorize.net

    I have set up a sandbox account with authorize.net & secured the API login ID and Transaction key for the sandbox.  Sandbox is in live mode with Authorize.net.

     

    I have Membership Credit Card Payment form in jotform which includes the Authorize.net payment tool.  I used the wizard to enter the Sandbox API login ID and Transaction key, completed the Payment Integration Wizard and then clicked on the properties for the payment.  I set Sandbox Test Mode to "Yes".  I then reran the payment integration wizard but the Test Integration button IS NOT SHOWING UP. 

     

    I went ahead and tried entering test data but nothing showed up in the sandbox account with Authorize. net.

     

    What am I missing?

    Thank you.  Yes, they are showing up in Authorize.net, however, I did not get anything back in the way of error responses from them.  I am not sure why because I used some of their data to generate errors.

    I do have more questions though -

    all three transactions came through but only the name entered came through on the one you did.  The ones I did said John Doe even though I had entered my name in the name field.

     

    also the amount that came through on all three was $3.91 (USD) even though we had checked the item with a price of $42.00.

     

    Any ideas on these questions?

    Upon checking the submissions of your form: http://www.jotform.us/form/61015463288152, I can see there is only one, which is the one my colleague did. May you be referring to another form?

    I originally did 8 submissions, which I deleted since they were all the same and not showing up on Authorize.net.  Then your colleague did another submission which is still there.

     

    I received 3 confirmations from Authorize.net.  2 were from the submissions I did in the name of Alison Hardin BUT the receipts all showed John Doe and did not retain the information submitted.  All three showed an amount of $3.91 (USD) rather than the $42.00 item that was selected.  Is this normal in test mode?

    Here is one of the receipts I got for the submissions (they are identical except for id#)

    It might have been a browser issue, but if you say you selected those amounts, they should have been reflected in the submissions view. We would ask you not to delete the entries if happens again, so we can further investigate and escalate to our second level if needed.

    The response I got from Authorize.net was the same for my submissions as it was for yours.  You can compare this to the submission that is still there from the one you generated.

    How can we compare what you have shared(highlighted in yellow) towards that remaining submission in your form to identify the problem, if they are not related?

    I BELIEVE THIS IS THE RECEIPT FOR THE SUBMISSION YOU MADE - PLEASE COMPARE THE AMOUNT - 3.91 TO WHAT YOU ENTERED ON THE FORM - GOLD MEMBERSHIP - COST IS $42.00

    NAME IS JOHN DOE - ALSO NOT THE SAME AS WHAT YOU ENTERED

    THE ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP DO NOT MATCH EITHER.

    SINCE THE RECEIPT I RECEIVED ON MY SUBMISSIONS HAD THE SAME AMOUNTS, NAMES AND ADDRESSES EVEN THOUGH I ENTERED DIFFERENT INFORMATION, I AM ASKING YOU - IS THIS BECAUSE WE ARE IN TEST MODE OR IS THERE A PROBLEM.

    I have compare wit the info you shared, and it has nothing to do with the remaining submission(which was done by my colleague).

    1)

    If you check the submission, it was done at "04-17-2016 14:10:10"

    According to the info you share, that entry was done at "Date/Time : 17-Apr-2016 11:05:02 ".

    2) 

    What was purchased was a Gold Membership(because your form is a subscription type):

     Not at Product :

    3) You have stated in the second reply to this thread that only the name entered came through on the submission my colleague did: 

    With this 3 comparisons being exposed, I can conclude that the email receipt your received from your Authorized.net account has nothing to do with your form "http://www.jotform.us/form/61015463288152", nor with the remaining submission which was done by my colleague.

     

    Perhaps, that might be related to another of your jotforms? If yes, please specify which one is, we will be glad to assist you.

    I have received a lot of responses from Authorize.net overnight and it appears that things are working properly now.
