There doesn't seem to be a form in your account. Can you please give us the link to the form where you encountered the issue so we may check it?
You might have exceeded the bandwidth limit for the files, which is why you got that error. Please note that we have implemented this to prevent bandwidth abuse. The bandwidth limit refers to the files uploaded/submitted to JotForm. These files have the following limits:
Small files or those with file size of less than 10 MB can be viewed/downloaded 100 times.
Large files or those with file size of greater than 10 MB can be viewed/downloaded 10 times.
Once we have the link to the form in question, we may reset the bandwidth limit for those files. However, please note that we can only do this once. I would advise taking advantage of 3rd party file sharing and storage services that we have integrations with, like Dropbox and Google Drive.
