Missing conditions on forms

I was working on my form and updating some conditional fields.  When I went to look at all the conditional rules, the first 10 or so were able to be seen on my screen.  However, as I scrolled down the rest of the conditional rules started flickering on and off.  I went to preview my form to double check the conditions and all but the most updated conditional rules were no longer there.  Can you please recover those conditions that I lost?

May I ask how many conditions should be present in your form? I would suggest you try to check the Revision History of the form so you can revert back to where everything is okay(fixed).
