Format.com: How do I place a form on my website

    How do I place a form on my website. I use FORMAT as the website host. https://format.com/

    I would like to place a contact form on my "Contact" page on my website.  Please help.  Have followed instructions to embed and all three codes have not worked.

    I would like to suggest trying an iFrame form code.

    If there is no way to edit the page source code, you will probably need to use an HTML Block element to put your form code inside.
