    Dear Jot Form Support:

We are unable to access our files from the links embedded within our forms.

Kindly urgently assist. This is the second request.

    Regards,

As mentioned in the response I made on the other thread you have in this link https://www.jotform.com/answers/826634. The reason why you are unable to download your file uploads is because your account have already reached its limits, your account is set to "Overlimit" because you have reached the allowed number of submissions for this month. This is how it shows up when you try to access the file uploads:

To verify this, I tested it on my regular account and set it to overlimit, after that, I'm unable to access my file uploads. To access the form and the file uploads, you need to wait for the overlimit to be lift up OR upgrade to a higher subscription plan

I would also like to suggest using the 3rd party file sharing and storage services that we have integrations with (ex. Dropbox, Google Drive and Box.com). You can find them here: https://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage. If you integrate your forms there, the new submissions with file uploads will automatically be stored in your 3rd party storage, giving you real-time backups and accessibility, in case your account gets overlimit again, you can still access your file uploads there.

    I hope that helps.
