You guys just lost 4 hours worth of work,.. how did that happen,..

I know that I'm not a paying customer yet,.. but,.. how often does this happen,.. and

how will it effect its purpose on my website??

Are you not able to find the form?

Maybe you are just logged out? Do you know the form ID for the form?

You have the form but you have lost the changes?

Have you tried the revision history to go back to an older version?
