Hello and Happy Day!
One of my forms seems to have developed a hiccup, and I'm not sure where the glitch may be. My co-worker, Bryce, tells me he stopped receiving information from his form a day or two ago. I'm wondering if Google has blocked JotForm by chance? Here's the skinny:
The company we work for designs commercials that play in movie theaters. When we send customers a proof we send them a link to their video with the form below for the customer to fill out. Bryce uses his form, I use an identical form (the only difference is who gets the data from the form).
The form in question is https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60854313401951 The form is meant to route information to two e-mails, bryce@parrotfilm.com and info@parrotfilm.com. It's worked just peachy for six or eight months, but now neither recipient is receiving any form data. Bryce has checked his junk mail folder, and I've gone through all his e-mail settings (the @parrotfilm.com domain routes through Google's G-Mail service) and I can't find anything wrong. Nothing's changed in his settings in a year - we haven't been fiddling with them lately or anything.
Since Bryce started having problems I've added his personal e-mail to the form, and he IS receiving the form data that way. Meanwhile, I'm using a clone of the form myself, routing through my own personal e-mail address, and it works fine (though the data isn't going to the second e-mail, info@parrotfilm.com, as it should).
Do you have any ideas or advice? I'm not sure quite what else I can check... It seems like the form isn't going to anyone with the @parrotfilm.com domain, but there's nothing I can see wrong with the setup there. Has Google blacklisted JotForm by chance?

Looks like the recipient wen to bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
· jotform.com
· email.amazonses.com
· amazonses.com
· jotform.co
· secure.jotform.co
· s3.amazonaws.com
· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
