I am a second person on an account. Our account was updated through my login and the master account does not show the new Bronze status.
How do we allow my upgrade to be used on the master account?

Upgrading the sub-user account does not actually upgrade the master account.
If your intention was to upgrade the main account, the subscription for the sub-account can be refunded so you can upgrade the master account instead.
Please confirm, if you want to have the sub-account subscription refunded to upgrade peermirror account.

Your subscription has been refunded, so your account "jleming" is back to free status. If the other account that has added yours as a "sub-account user"(in order to share forms with you) wants to upgrade, ask the owner to follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
