    Blank screen after completing a PayPal Express payment

    After testing my form out, I noticed a blank white screen after logging in to paypal and completing the payment. The submission and payment does go through and I received email notification as well as the customer. 

    Any step I'm missing?

    The page that is shown to customers after they have completed their payment, should be the thank you page or thank you message you have set up on the form:


    If you are getting a blank page instead of a "thank you" message, could you please let us know the link to the page where you see that blank page?

    You may also want to attach a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing by following these instructions, so we can better understand what may be going wrong, or why the page may be displaying differently than it should be.

    It happens on the express-checkout page on PayPal. After I hit Agree and Continue, the page loads and just goes blank/white. The transaction is processed and all e-mails are sent but no Thank You page is seen. FYI, I'm using the full embed code as I had to use a lot of custom css to achieve the look we wanted. The main page I'm using the form on is this one

    It looks like you are embedding the from using the source code. There are content in the source code if modified, might break certain functionalities of the form.

    I was able to submit the form from your site and it redirect to the default thank you page. But I didn't go through PayPal though.

    You could try to re-download the source code or use IFrame to see if that solves the issue.
