None of my customer's form submissions are being forwarded to my email.

    I can only see them on the jot form website. But I need the form submissions that my customers send to go to my email like they always have been until about 2 weeks ago. Please advise. Thank you.

    I have reviewed your email and found it in our bounce list

    I have removed it and you should be able to receive notification with no problems. If you have any problems wiht your email or others, you may always review our bounce list. If you enter your ACCOUNT->SETTINGS, you will see a text box BOUNCE LIST. Just enter the email in question and remove it if it is in the list
