Captcha not loading in mobile site?Asked by Starmo on May 14, 2016 at 01:19 AM
Hi, New user, so may be missing something!
I have a form loaded on my desktop site and my mobile site, both as responsive forms.
The captcha is working fine on desktop, but when showing on my iphone all I can see is the captcha circling all the time.
I checked your form's direct link which is https://www.jotform.com/61300853225446. It works fine in both desktop view and on mobile view. Here's a screencast using iPhone 6S iOS 9:
Is the form perhaps embedded on your website? If it is, could you share us the website link?
If you are embedding the form, we strongly suggest using the iFrame embed code to avoid any script conflict that maybe causing your captcha field to fail. Here's a guide on how to get your iFrame embed code in JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
We'll wait for your response.
