How to place last name before first name on a form?

    Hello Using your template to submit a form due to how i do my searches need last name first and name second

    Could you please let us know a little more about where you'd like to rearrange the first and last name, Daniel?

    If you meant to rearrange them on the form when your users are filling it out, you can simply change the sub label for the "First Name" field to say "Last Name", and for the "Last Name" field to say "First Name":

    To change the sub labels on your form, simply open the form for editing in our Form Builder, and then double-click on the sub label you wish to edit:

    If you were looking to switch them within the existing submissions you have already collected, then I'm afraid that we don't have any means for placing the last name before the first name of the same Full Name field.

    However, you can export your submissions into Excel format, and then perform any actions on the names to put the last name before first name in the exported Excel file. The following guides can help with that:
