    File upload not working properly

     Hello! 

    I have to repost my private post to the open forum, because otherwise there is no answer ... 

    We are experiencing some issues with our file upload form: some files are not uploaded correctly. The problem occured since 13.5.2016. There were some uploads where no files were transfered to the submissions, sometimes only a few files were transfered. We tried to reproduce it with different devices / platforms and files. Sometimes it worked correctly, sometimes it did not (even with the same files!). Upload in the form shows 100%, sometimes it shows "failed". But we don't know why... We used standard files for testing : average size, no special file names, mutiple and single upload.We have enough upload space on jotform and dropbox, so this should not be the reason for the skipped files. 

    As we do not know if all files are uploaded correctly, our form is useless now. Can you please help us quickly and check our form? Are there any kown issues with jotform at the moment?

    Maybe it has to do with our subscription? It should be renwed automatically, I think  today...

    Please do note that we reply back to all threads as they come in. That means that if there are not many threads / questions opened before yours, we will get to it sooner, while if there are many, it might take a bit more time.

    Since my colleague had already replied back to you on your private thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/842362 we can continue assisting you there since it has much more details about your issue, and observations done by my colleague.

    If you wish, we can set that thread to public instead, just let us know there, but in general it does not matter if it is private or public, we will reply on each as we are assigned to them.

    Thanks a lot for your answer... I will contiue in private thread as I think it is not an gerneral problem. Or at least I hope it is not a general problem :)
