hide empty fields on emails

    I haven't changed the form since I created it, but one time I get the way I want which is all the blank ones being ignored, then today it showed up with everything on the list.  What happened?

    I am not understanding your question. Are you indicating that all the changes you have made are gone? Or are you looking to reset your PDF report to its default state? You can do this by pressing RESET button in the CUSTOMIZE PDF window

    Notice that on the way I want it below only the items given a quantity show up? I made no changes in between. The previous version had 0's for all.hide empty fields on emails Image 1 Screenshot 20

    The option to hide empty fields in emails has not yet been added to the new UI.  If you want to enable this once again, while editing your form, if you reload the page from this URL:

    http://jotform.com/?old

    It will bring up the old UI.  The option to hide empty fields is still available from the old UI.
