My form was getting auto sent to my email. I have filled it out a bunch of forms in the last 2 weeks, and they have stopped being sent to me. I can still download the PDF file.

Your email address is in the bounce list which is why you are not getting emails from JotForm.
I have removed it now from the list. You should be able to receive new notifications now.
I checked the settings of your email notification and I can see that it is configured properly. You can try whitelisting our JotMail IP addresses.
