Stopped Receiving Notifications On All Forms

I use a Gmail address for all forms notifications.  About 4 days ago I stopped receiving all notifications from every form.  Nothing was changed on any form.  The end user does receive the auto reply although I'm not aware of anything.  What's going on here?  This is a big issue for me.  Thanks.

From what I understand I see that you are having issues receiving your form email notifications even though you clearly have a gmail address and have not changed anything.

I pulled up your account and also your form on your page url but those seem to check out with the gmail address you have for your account.

However, I noticed on your Email History it seems today you've had several recent emails go through from our system but it's notable that some of them failed as well namely the ones that were tests since those have no form id number next to them.

I also checked and you are not currently listed in our bouncelist:

Result: ultrxxxx@gmail.com is NOT in the bounce list

Have you tried checking your spam folder?

Do you have any filters set up that you are using in gmail?

After posting about the issue I found info about your bounce list.  I was listed for some reason and removed it.  I am now receiving email again.  I clearly see no reason why the email address in use could have ever landed on your bounce list.

We are glad to hear that, the issue has been resolved for you. I am not so sure why was your email address in our bounce list. I can't check it due to not being in our bounce list anymore. However, if you have the same problem in the future feel free to contact us anytime, We can check it why it is happening to you.

Stopped receiving notifications AGAIN a few days ago and found I was again on the bounce list. I only use a few simple forms to notify me of product downloads and this is not acceptable.

    Hello,

Since you have removed your email address from bounce list already, we are not able to check the bounce reason to figure out what caused this issue.

If the issue persists and your email address again ends up in bounce list, please copy the bounce reason before removing it and share it with us.

    Thank you!

Well, this has happened twice again in the past 2 weeks.  The first time I didn't remove the address from the bounce list and was in contact with you via chat.  The tech looked into it and said it was resolved permanently and the problem was on your end.  Well, that worked until yesterday, August 26 when I stopped receiving notifications.  This time I once again removed the bounce listing myself.  Hopefully you can resolve this from occurring.

    Hello,

As mentioned earlier, did you copy and saved the bounce reason before removing your email address form bounce list?

Please note that you can also send submission emails form your own email address as well. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account and set it as "Recipient Email" of your form's email alert. The following guide should help you:
