Can I create a custom link? For example, mac-bsa.org/donate, instead of the generated Jotform link?

We have a lot of print material with the above referenced link and the form that you go to from that link is antiquated and going away. We want to use Jotform, but do not want to have to redo all of the various print materials. Is this possible?

    Hello macbsa,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to use your own custom URL instead of form's direct URL?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our custom domain feature. You can use your own domain to access your JotForm. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!
