    Trying to upgrade my plan and it's not working

    Hi, I want to upgrade my plan to BRONZE. I've already filled up the necessary information and generated a pro forma invoice. But right now, my current plan is still set to the FREE version. 


    So when will my free version be upgraded to a BRONZE plan? Shouldn't it be automatic? Or will it upgrade only when I pay?

    Could you let us know if you are trying to pay using a Purchase Order? Please be noted that the Purchase Order payment is available only for Yearly and Bi-yearly subscriptions with a minimum amount of $100 since it requires some manual processing. If so, the plan shall be upgraded only after the payment is processed. Please refer to the following guide that can help you with upgrading using Purchase Order.


    If you are upgrading your account using a different method, please let us know the link that you are using so that we can provide you with necessary assistance.

    Yes I am trying to upgrade to the *yearly Bronze plan*. The total amount in
    the invoice is *$175.00*. We want to upgrade via Purchase Order and pay by
    Wire Transfer.

    Hello Patricia,

    First off, thank you for using JotForm.

    If you have already completed the payment then your account should be automatically upgraded to the Bronze plan. Right now, we have not seen any completed payment from you when I check it on our payment processor. Perhaps it is still under process since I think there's a little manual labor involve on wire transfer payment.

    However, if you have already the order reference number, please let us know so we can check it on our side.
