I have a similar question to the one answered below...but I cannot work out how to change the Form code as described.
All I want to do is for the button on the PayPal form once clicked for it to open in a New Page. Can I do that in the form or do I need to copy all the form script to my website and then change it ?
My test PayPal form is provided below...

I can see that your form is embedded using an iframe to the website you have included in your post.
Then, that's the time you will add the target = "_blank" to the form tag line of the form's full source code.
