The fill the form and they dont get the mail as a confirmation. Why is that happen? some they´ll get and some not, its becoming awful

The issue might be related to the custom Sender Email, since some of the email providers may have strict filtering/blocking policies. With custom Sender Email the email delivery may also be affected by your domain SPF and DKIM configuration.
