how to embed thank you message on my website

Hi there, 

I have followed all the steps for the save and continue later form.  When I embed the Form 1 on my website the Thank you message with redirection instructions is not displayed on my website like I set it up in my form.  After testing it I can see the client receives the email with re-direction instructions but I would like to take the directly to the next form.  Please help.  https://form.jotform.com/60874096771971

From what I understand you are setting up a save and continue later form and want the client to be taken directly to the next form.

It's not possible to have them go directly to the next form via redirection from the email unless they click on a link you provide them there to redirect. But, it is possible to do this after they submit the form by adding a thank you page url to redirect them after submission.

The other thing that's confusing to me though is you've linked this form here -

But the starting form you have on your website page url here is this one - 

http://www.jotform.ca/form/61585438011251 (which is different)

Is the second one the one that's on your site that you are starting with then?

sorry, it's the second one http://www.jotform.ca/form/61585438011251 (which is the one that I set up a thank you message with a link to start the new form.  The thank you message though is not coming up on my website upon completion.  I'm just trying to figure out why it's not happenning.  thank you

Thank you for the clarification.

This is happening because you have the thank you message where the redirection url link goes instead of the thank you page.

So that is why the thank you message is not displayed.
