    My form isn't sending to the email specified.

    It seems that the email address was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving any email notifications there. I have now removed the address from the bounce list so you should receive the next notifications successfully.

    Hi Christian - thank you for your help. 

    I was able to email into our project from the form, so thank you for removing that email from the blocked list. 

    I did try to do that myself a few times - how do you know that it is not on the list -  if you submit and the email still comes up - that means it is on the list?  I hit remove but it doesn't seem to remove it - because if i reenter that same email it comes back up when i hit check?

    **One more quick question please - Now that i have the email going into the project, i have to add the requestor's email address in the to Field.  So really the form should have the person submitting the request be the email it is sent from - is this something that can be set up in conditions?

    If the address still shows as in the list, it has not been removed.  Occasionally the tool we have works better than the one in the account settings page.  Let us know if you are ever unable to remove an address from the list and we can remove it for you.

    As for the second question, I am not quite sure what you are looking to do.  If you are trying to change the sender or reply-to email addresses to fields in the form, that can be done from the
