I can't update my card details, is it me or you?

    If I click on 'change credit card' it takes me to a screen which says 'JotForm Premium Monthly'

    I can see that you have a Premium-yearly subscription which renews on 03/24/2017. Your current subscription is being processed through BlueSnap, and unfortunately, subscription over BlueSnap can not have their credit card changed.

    So, by going to Account -> Billing -> Update Credit Card, you will be  taken to create a new subscription instead of the current one. My recommendation would be to do it and contact us when your subscription is about to renew next year, so we can cancel the current one to avoid double charges.
