This happened once before due to submissions exceeding our allotment. However, I upgraded our plan and we have more than enough now. Other emails and requesting are reaching us just fine so I don't believe it has anything to do with the website. Please help me resolve this. Thanks.Page URL:

Your email address is in the bounce list which is why you are not getting the notifications.
I have removed your email address from the bounce list. You should be able to receive new notifications now. I checked your form and I can see that the notification is configured correctly.
