Hi dear Jotform-team!
Since a couple of days ago I don't receive any emails anymore from jotform when our employees have filled out the surveys. So they do the survey, click on send but we don't get any notification that they have done so. Usually we always got an email from you.
Do you know what could be wrong with it?

Your email address is not in the bounce list. I did a test submission on your form and the mail logs shows that it was sent successfully. Here's a screenshot:
I have checked the form and I can see that it is configured correctly. Please check your spam folders or junk mails. You might also want to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses.
