I can't get it to go to either of my emails with numerous tests. I have sent my emails as the recipient address and when I do tests it is not sending them out even with hitting the submit button.
Also sometimes the form is not being shown on my web site when I told it to be embedded.
We need this form for folks to adopt our homeless dogs.

It has now been white-listed. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
