We currently use your system but it is not sending out notification emails, we have not had notifications since Thursday 23rd June. Can you please advise when this will be corrected.
I have even sent a test email & no response.

Your email address appears to have been added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving any email notifications. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next emails successfully.

Thank you so much for your quick respsonse. Can you please check that the email address email@example.com is not on the bounce list aswell.

I checked the email address and I found that it was also in the bounce list. I have also removed the email address from the bounce list so you can now receive the notifications there without any issues. If you need further assistance, please let us know. Regards.
