Preview Before Submit: the back button submits the form instead of bringing me back to the form

I have had so much trouble with this form!!

Now, the submit button is behaving in a strange way, and as always, I have not made a change to it.

It is now not showing, it comes up as 'back to the form' but if you click on it, it submits the form.

Can you please help.

It seems that the changes in the Preview Before Submit widget are not taking effect in your form and based on my observation, this is causing the problem when you clicked the buttons. I've reconfigured the widget and that fixed it. Please check again. 

I would also suggest clearing your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. If there are updates that aren't taking effect, this feature should help you clear it.
